Service Policies
Lashes & Makeup
Please come with clean skin, free of makeup.
A $15 fee will be applied to your service if makeup removal is required.
Limit caffeine at least 1 hour before your lash appointment.
Be mindful not to wear a low ponytail, as you will lie on your back.
Please only arrive with previous eyelash extensions if you have booked a lash removal.
Installs & Natural Hair
We value your trust and care about your hair health. Please be open and honest about your hair history!
If you’re having a new wig installed, please drop it off 48-24 hours before the appointment.
Booking and Refund Policies
A $25 nonrefundable deposit is required for all services.
After-hours appointments are available for an additional $40 fee.
Clients have a 15-minute grace period to arrive at their appointment. After 15 minutes, an appointment may be canceled at my discretion, and the deposit will be forfeited.
No extra guests unless they are being serviced. Contact me with any questions.
Clients may reschedule their appointments and transfer their non-refundable deposit once. Original deposits will still be honored if they rebook within 15 days of the original appointment.
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to be able to transfer your deposit.
Appointments Cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in forfeiting your deposit.
No refunds will be given for any services rendered. I want all clients to be completely satisfied; please contact me within 24 hours of receiving service if you are experiencing any issues!

Deposits will only be refunded if the stylist cancels.
After one no-show, full payment will be required when booking.

After two no-shows, clients will no longer have the ability to be serviced.
I have the right to refuse service to anyone.
Tips are accepted and appreciated.
