My name is Charae Shelton, and I am the owner of Flashy Lash & The Glitterati. l am a licensed cosmetologist based in Milwaukee, WI, who genuinely loves the beauty industry.

My interest in the beauty industry started as a child. I was always into Barbie, hair, nails, makeup, and everything girly. Fast-forward to 2018, and I began selling wigs as a side hustle. I wanted to expand in the industry, so I went to Paul Mitchell The School—Milwaukee for my cosmetology license.
Now, I am a budding beautician taking training, building clientele, and making people look and feel good. For me, the beauty industry isn't just about cosmetic enhancements. I genuinely believe that when you look good, you feel good. Beauty services are pampering and centered around self-care. When I'm done with a service, I love to see the smiles on my clients' faces and glow from the inside out.

Our vision is to empower women and enhance their confidence through beauty. We truly believe when you look good you feel good.
Here at Flashy Lash, we like to take beauty to the next level. As we grow our business, we’re going to be adding more permanent makeup services. Within six months we will to be able to offer options such as microblading, microshading, micro pigmentation, lip blush, and permanent eyeliner. In order to offer these services, we’re looking for the best trainings and trainers in the industry. Offering these services will open the door to reach a virtually untouched clientele in the Milwaukee area.
Within two years Flashy Lash will have a brick and mortar location. It will be a permanent makeup salon offering makeup services that last longer. The pmu salon will have a relaxing spa feel so customers can relax while being serviced. The salon will have additional stations and suites to employ other beauty artists.

Our CEO plans to go back to school! Charae plans on finishing an RN Nursing program so that she will be able to do injectables! What does this mean for our clientele? This means clients will have access to services like Botox and lip plumping injections to perfect their beauty even more! When this happens, Flashy Lash will transition into a permanent makeup salon and medical spa. At this time, we plan to rebrand in order to be more generally inclusive of all of our services.
